3. Order Processing & Cancellation

• Orders are confirmed by email upon successful payment
• Production usually starts within 24–48 hours
• Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins

Vibgyor Prints LLC reserves the right to cancel any order due to non-payment, content issues, or production limitations.

4. Design File Responsibility

• Submit print-ready files (300 DPI, CMYK, with bleed and safe zones)
• Ensure all artwork and fonts are properly licensed
• Carefully proof your designs before submission

We are not responsible for print issues caused by user-submitted errors. Design assistance is available for an extra fee.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Delivery times vary by location and product type.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

6. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer full refunds. Instead, we offer:

• Store credit or reprints for defective or damaged products
• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence

No credit, reprint, or refund will be issued for:

• Spelling, layout, or design issues submitted by the customer
• Minor color variations within industry tolerances
